Testosterone Replacement Therapy
Consultation
Labs will be ordered prior to consultation to discuss results and plan for treatment. Treatment will start at consultation if labs deem beneficial.
Monthly Fee
Once testosterone treatment is started you will be charged monthly on the same day a $125 charge. This covers all visits, all medication and supplies as well as follow up labs.
Medication will be shipped to your home
You can use your insurance for initial labs at Compunet labs.
Follow ups are mandatory. By Ohio law if you miss follow ups treatment will be stopped.
