Men's Health
Testosterone Replacement Therapy
Consultation
Labs will be ordered prior to consultation to discuss results and plan for treatment. Treatment will start at consultation if labs deem beneficial.
3 Month Fee
Once injectable testosterone treatment is started you will be charged every 3 months at your follow up appointment.
Medication will be shipped to your home
You can use your insurance for initial labs at Compunet/ LabCorp or we draw in office for cash price.
Follow ups are mandatory. By Ohio law if you miss follow ups treatment will be stopped.
